the vector type corresponding to a Vc mask type

This is M::Vector, except for SimdMaskArray. Since Vc 1.4 SimdMaskArray<T, n>::Vector is Vc::fixed_size_simd<T, n>, a class derived from SimdArray<T, n>. We use SimdArray here for the same reasons as in MaskType.
