the mask type corresponding to a Vc vector type

This is V::mask_type, except for SimdArray. Since Vc 1.4 SimdArray<T, n>::mask_type is Vc::fixed_size_simd_mask<T, n>, a class derived from SimdMaskArray<T, n>. To get the same mask type independent of the Vc version, and to stay consistent with rebinding masks to SimdArray, we use SimdMaskArray here.
