Collect information about Dune Modules.

  .. code-block:: cmake

    dune_module_information(MODULE_DIR [QUIET])

  Parse ``<MODULE_DIR>/dune.module`` and provide that information. If the
  second argument is ``<QUIET>`` no status message is printed.
